Since 2000, AREA has successfully managed a large variety of properties. We specialize in the management of homes, condominiums and apartments.
At AREA we focus on personal service. Leading this team is Andrea Wagman-Christian who founded American Real Estate Agents Property Management Division. She has years of experience in the real estate industry as an owner/operator. She is also Owner of Plantscapes Unlimited, one of San Diego's oldest Interior Plantscaping & Horticulture Consulting Companies since 1979. She is very active with numerous community groups including the Patrick Henry High School PTA and as a Chairperson at Congregation Dor Hadash. Andrea's combination of education and experience allows her to provide strong leadership for the AREA team.

Easy-to-read monthly statements
|
All financial activity is tracked. We generate reports and include them in the monthly owner statement. Reports contain year-to-date totals and percentages, which make it easier to prepare taxes and to monitor the cash flow progress throughout the year. We also include a general ledger and copies of all invoices in the monthly statement package.
